• Ms Karen

  As both a parent and the owner of The Goddard School of Aurora, I know how important it is to find the right childcare and preschool. Families in Aurora and the surrounding area can count on us for a safe, nurturing, and high-quality early education program. Our teachers help children build confidence, develop social and academic skills, and get fully prepared for kindergarten. I have had the privilege to work in an elementary school for ten years and have seen the successes of premier preschool education. I can not wait to contribute to that success!

  Joining The Goddard School of Aurora has been such a rewarding experience. With over 8 years of experience in early childhood education, and three children of my own, I bring my knowledge and passion for creating a high-quality program where Aurora families can feel confident their children are safe, loved, and building the skills they need for kindergarten and lifelong learning.

• Amanda

  I am so excited to be part of The Aurora Goddard team as the assistant director. I have my bachelor’s degree in education, with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, and 12 years of experience as an educator. I began my time at The Goddard School in Chagrin Falls as a kindergarten-prep teacher and after six years, made the decision to transfer here to be in administration. I have two boys (Kohen and Auden) who attend Goddard and being able to watch them learn and grow here is the coolest experience. I look forward to getting to know each family and creating memories that last forever.

• Alysha

  Working in early childhood education since 2018, Alysha brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and compassion to our classrooms. Alysha has a natural connection with children and loves watching them grow and discover the world around them. Outside the classroom, Alysha enjoys painting, drawing, reading, and spending time with her three cats and pet snake.

• Avery

  Ms. Avery has been working in preschool education since 2023 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. She loves fostering curiosity and creativity in young learners, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need for kindergarten. When she’s not in the classroom, she enjoys reading, coloring, and spending time with her two cats.

• Carolyn

  Ms. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University and has been educating children since 2019. Her positive energy creates a welcoming and nurturing environment where children develop confidence and skills to get ready for kindergarten. Married and a proud dog owner of three pups, Ms. Carolyn enjoys reading, caring for plants, and playing pickleball.

• Cassandra

  Ms. Cassandra has been teaching toddlers since 2023 and is a dedicated mom of three. She loves watching children in her classroom learn, grow, and discover something new each day. Her nurturing and engaging approach helps toddlers develop confidence, curiosity, and early learning skills. Outside the classroom, Ms. Cassandra enjoys walking, swimming, and taking historical road trips with her family.

• Danielle

  Ms. Danielle has been working in childcare since 2019 and has experience with all ages in a preschool setting. Her favorite part of teaching is watching little ones learn by getting messy, exploring, and having fun while they grow. Danielle is a graduate of Walsh University and is a mom to two boys. She is expecting baby number three - - a girl! When she isn’t in the classroom, you can find her enjoying time with her family, camping, playing tennis, or creating art.

• Jessica

  Ms. Jessica has been working in childcare in Aurora since 2014 and loves helping toddlers discover their unique personalities as they grow and learn. She loves a classroom where children can explore, develop confidence, and build early learning skills. Married with a daughter, Ms. Jessica enjoys crafting with her Cricut machine and shopping at Hobby Lobby.

• Kaylee

  Ms. Kaylee has been teaching preschool since 2018 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. As a mom, she knows the value of a premier preschool, and creates a classroom where children can explore, learn, and thrive. Recently married and a Boxer pup parent, she enjoys reading and sweet treats in her free time.

• MyKenzie

  Ms. Mykenzie (Kenzie) has been educating preschoolers in Aurora since 2023 and has discovered her passion working with infants. She builds strong, trusting relationships with both children and families, creating a safe and nurturing environment where little ones can grow and thrive. Ms. Kenzie grew up on a horse farm, is one of five siblings, and enjoys baking and painting.

• Paige

  Since 2023, Ms. Paige has been caring for children in Aurora, focusing on her passion for infants. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Kent State University and experience in healthcare, she brings patience, compassion, and dedication to her classroom. Married with a dog and two cats, she enjoys adventures and coloring.

• Rachel

  Since 2023, Ms. Rachel has been teaching preschool and bringing passion and care to her toddler classroom. She loves helping children build the skills and confidence they need to thrive in kindergarten and beyond. Her classroom is full of encouragement and connection, making learning fun and engaging. Ms. Rachel enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with her cat Luna and fish Sid.

• Samantha

  With a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and nearly a decade of experience, Ms. Samantha has been helping children in Aurora develop confidence and a love for learning since 2014. She’s a potty-training pro and loves creating fun, engaging activities for young learners. As a mom of two, she understands the importance of finding trusted childcare and preschool. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, tacos, Dunkin’, and spending time with her dog and three cats.

• Sierra

  Since 2022, Ms. Sierra has been working in childcare and now leads our First Steps/infant classroom. She loves watching children explore and discover new things while providing a calm and nurturing environment that helps little ones grow and develop. Outside the classroom, Ms. Sierra enjoys watching sports and relaxing by bonfires in the summer with her three children.

• Abby

  Ms. Abby has been working in preschools since 2024 and quickly found her sweet spot with toddlers. She loves their curiosity, big personalities, and the joy they bring to each day! Outside of school, she enjoys gaming with her husband, hanging out with her ferret Sven, and spending time with family and friends.

• Camryn

  Ms. Camryn has been working in childcare since 2020 and joined The Goddard School of Aurora in 2023. She loves working with children and brings energy, care, and creativity to every classroom she supports. Ms. Camryn has two German Shepherds and enjoys reading and taking walks to watch the sunset.

• Jacqueline

  Ms. Jackie holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification and has been dedicated to early childhood education since 2016. She has experience working with children from infancy through Pre-K, and finds the most rewarding part of her job to be watching them grow and learn. Currently, she is furthering her expertise by working toward becoming an Applied Behavior Analyst. Ms. Jackie enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and exploring new parks with her son, Myles.

• Juliana

  Ms. Juliana graduated from the University of Akron as an intervention specialist and brings over 10 years of childcare experience to her preschool classroom. She loves getting to know each child and building special bonds that make learning fun and meaningful. Ms. Juliana has a dog named Luna and enjoys creating art and writing poetry.

• Kelly

  Ms. Kelly brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, with a special focus on infants. She believes in hands-on learning and helping children connect their discoveries to the real world, fostering confidence, curiosity, and early development. Ms. Kelly has a dog and two bunnies, and she enjoys fishing.

• Sophia

  Ms. Sophie joined our team in 2025 after deciding to make a career change from teaching at a fire department, where she worked since 2022. She was eager to explore early childhood education and is excited to begin her journey toward earning her CDA. In her free time, Sophie enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing guitar, and reading and writing. She is thrilled to be part of our community and looks forward to getting to know the children and families!
